Fabrication & Hook-Up Lead (Oil & Gas LNG) in Qatar

We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, a leading Oil & Gas LNG Operating Company in Qatar. If you have extensive experience in offshore project execution, this is your chance to be part of a high-profile assignment.

Job Position: Fabrication & Hook-Up Lead

🔹 Location: Qatar (Onshore & Offshore)
🔹 Project: Offshore Project
🔹 Contract Duration: 3 Years (Possible Extension)
🔹 Rotation: 3 months on / 2 weeks off OR 12 months on / 1 month off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead fabrication and hook-up activities to ensure timely project completion.

  • Supervise the execution of offshore project activities with a focus on safety and quality.

  • Oversee fabrication of Subsea Skids, Concrete Sleepers, Steel Bridges, and Topside Hook-ups.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams for the onshore fabrication and offshore hook-up processes.

  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, budget constraints, and HSE standards.

  • Manage contractor performance and maintain project documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; High Diploma with experience may be considered.

  • 15+ years of experience in executing major oil & gas projects.

  • Minimum 10 years of offshore project execution experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, offshore structures, and installation procedures.

  • Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
