Progressive Recruitment is currently hiring for Coil Tubing Supervisors for a long-term project in Saudi Arabia. If you have the required experience and are available immediately, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Project Details:

• Duration: 1 year (extendable)

• Location: Saudi Arabia

• Notice Period: Immediate (1 week max)

• Rotation: 3 months on, 1 month off

Job Requirements:

We encourage applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience:

  • Previously worked as a Coil Tubing Operator

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coil Tubing Supervisor

• Training & Mentorship:

  • Ability to mentor and train junior engineers and staff in equipment operation and maintenance.

• Safety Standards:

  • Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures, including the Management of Change (MOC) process.

• Service Quality:

  • Knowledge of service quality standards and the ability to implement quality improvement initiatives.
